April 28 I've got sunshine on a cloudy day!!dum dum dum dum!summers here!! theres like sunshine, and lawn mowing and barbeques and all that summeryfull stuff.
yeah. its beautiful outside. today Gary had a gravel truck come and pour bunches of gravel all over his soon-to-be driveway. very fun. I climbed the maple tree to watch em. interesin'.. now hes out there raking all the gravel flat for his drive way. using our rake without permission I might add.. ah well. landlords will be landlords.
Nate 'taught' Hank how to mow the lawn this morning. cough.. hank didnt do the best but its his first time so whatever. oh well... as long as I dont get the job. Hank and I started playing frisbee but the wimp quit after a couple of tosses, he is soo out of shape! can you believe that when people do weird searches on verizon or something MY website came up?? what is up with that??? and puerto rico search my web site came up.. have I ever even USED the word(s) Puerto Rico on here??? the search engines are brain dead... well I guess they technically never had a brain so that is rather impossible.. but still... no no they are CHIP-dead... wow..
my jokes are getting lamer and lamer.. sadness..

Gum Drop
Although I think it's mean and cruel,
They don't let us chew gum in school.
but Benton Barker,little pesk,
Sneaked beneath his little desk
And there commenced his jaws to chew....
A giant bubble Benton blew.
It raised his desk right off the floor
A good ten meters, maybe more,
But when the bubble came to pop,
The desk on Benton's nose did drop.
On Benton's nose the desk got stuck---
Though Teacher tried to pull and pluck.
The gum had hardened strong as glue,
and there was nothing we could do.
So if you see him walking by,
With desk and head both held up high,

April 23 sunday sundayyep today was the scher-weetest day, in like forever!!
church was ok.. I worked in nursery. it was so flippin hot in that room!! crap-oli!!! yeah.. so I was wearing a thin blouse and slacks but I was like boiling hot jeez. yeah I saw jesse for like.. 2 secs. like I have said before, I suck at understanding people.. I dont think he likes me anymore.. sigh.. oh well. theres a zillion other guys who like me if I am unwanted here*tear*. then after church came the awesomest part evah!!
Nate,Danielle Hank and I all went to the islands on the river. it was so flippin cool! like we waded across the river to get to the islands in the shallowest part which was about 2 feet deep. and we found a little strip of sand which is rare, it was like 15-20 feet long or so. we dubbed it the beach of many logs... sounds indian eh?
there were like a zillion logs around so we kept climbing all over them. yeah somebody had burned one and we took some pieces of the burnt wood and made our own indian cave painting thinga ma jiggers. haha I have like a million and one scratches on my legs now. and I went off exploring(and naming stuff) hence there is now the Isle of Emily and the Straight of Fallen Log(its like this little inlet of water with a log blocking it off from the rest of the river). it was sooo much fun. then nate and hank were throwing rocks at the trees to see who could knock down the most pinecones. I almost got hit in the head like twenty times. haha. then after we had been there for like two hours we waded back to the Centennial Trail and walked to this sweet place with all these rocks out in the river. and we walked out on one. Nate and Danielle climbed up a 20 foot or so steep huge rock which totally freaked me out. haha they were up there kissin and all and these guys on the trail were grinnin and yelling hey careful now! it was kinda funny. then we walked ALL THE WAY back to the trail head. haha my feet hurt sooo bad. yeah then dad brought us home.. and I have been... around since then. oh yeah I forgot.
last night was the spring showcase*dun da dun* and I won the spelling bee, two years in a row!!! I cant be in it next year cuz Im too old but oh well. my team lost the geo bee, no big surprise. I was ticked about the judging on our projects though. those judges were not fair or consistent. oh well. before the spellin bee me,cable,aimee,rebecca,shere and rachel were all hangin out outside. oh and aimees nephew. haha that was hilarious.. gymnastics on a long board! kodi you rock lil man!!!
tomorrow is the last day of geo. which means we take the 50 question test, then eat cookies and drink punch while they add up the scores and announce the highest geo point person thing. yea. its dumb.
its important to some people like.. sam w. or other kids who all they care about is grades. I could care less as long as I pass. oh yeah one more thing ERIK ROCKS!!!!!
yeah that was random but he does. he looks like a total dork but hes the nicest guy like ever. well close. hes one of my bestest guy friends. I doubt he thinks of me as a very good friend but who cares.. course im not a good friend to anybody..ah well. yeah hes like cracking jokes and making some not-so-nice comments during the spelling bee. I was sitting boxed in between him and cameron. that kid freaks me out. cameron is a lil weird. hes like.. a total nerd...and hes just like... too close to me... as in stands waaaaay too close.
haha my personal bubble got popped last night. mrs. hicks did it! sob... it was hilarious tho..
well this has like been super long and nobodys gonna read alla it but oh well.

so I'm happy.. yeps. is that a good or bad thing? depends on your point of view I guess.Emily's birthday was on thurs. she loved what I got her. ;) Kendra forgot em's birthday. what class!!! haha. um lesse..
we played silent ball. and I got in the last three the first round but it was taking too long so they started a new round and we never found out who won. then I got in the top two in the second round but Dana beat me. ok. huge adults against a 5ft 2 girl is not fair!! but idc. it was fun. haha Jesse got out the first round cuz he accidently talked bummer.. idk what to talk about.I've been working on my dumb geography project. suckie. its due in less than two weeks. yikes. shere,rachel,rebecca and I are trying to find some time to study together for the geo bee. I need to study for spellin' too. too much to do! sunday is easter which is cool. We're having Gramma,Dean, Danielle and one of her parents over for lunch. yay. I havent seen danielle for like 2 weeks unless you count the two seconds she was here after kayaking with nate last sun. dang I'm still mad I missed that. tho not too bad. Nate puked all over the river twice evidently. and it was really cold.. I can always go another time. so excited for summer. gosh it is taking forever to get here!! I'm so sick of all these gray days. yuck yuck yuck.
Gram took nate out to breakfast. and then ooo its ten thirty. so now shes dropped him off at Special Ed for his drive. and she is gonna take me shopping later or something idk. I need new sandals and high heels.

yesterday at bible study Clara brought easter eggs and jelly beans and the kids had a blast!! it was so sad though when Clara asked Jackson what Easter was all about and he said dying easter eggs and eating candy!!!!
she tried to explain to him about Jesus resurection but I don't think he got much of it.. sad..
Shannon didn't come to fiddle last night.. cuz she was sick... oh well... she hates me anyway so no matter.
Marisa had a headache. sick people everywhere!!! actually I was sick sun. and mon. but now I's all bettah~!!!
yay me. 'cept for now I have a cough... sucky!
oh on mon at geo Rachel A. gave the us girls in her study group each a pack of earrings for an 'end-of-geography" present. she rox! she's soo sweet! I'm planning on having a zillion bbq's and pool parties and sleepovers and jams this summer. and she's gonna be invited to most of em. she plays the fiddle too which is totally awesome. summer is coming on fast yess!!!! fiddlin' on the back porch, sunday afternoon barbecues and water fights, night swimming and the gun game and tag! I LOVE summer. Geography class is over in like 2 weeks and then no more geo till next fall. yay homeschoolers!! the sucky part is we'll prolly have history class through the summer again... but we usually only have that twice a month or so... so its not TOO bad. right now I don't have any schoolwork to do except for geo and grammer. cuz I finished math book and just got tested so after we get our test results back mom is gonna figure out what new school books I need(blech).
I keep jumping around from subject to subject ramblin on and on.. well it is technically MY BLOG so I can technically do whatever I frickin feel like! yuppurs.
haha last night Jaydean was teaching us Kentucky Waltz. and it must've sounded quite pleasant cuz Seth either fell asleep in the middle of the lesson or did a very good job of faking it. Marisa got a kick out of it tho.
the South Hill Ramblers are playing at Longhorn tonight.. but since I don't wanna play too nate wont be going which means I won't either. Nate sux. I hate big brothers. Austin Little is the scher-weetest banjo playa ever tho!! he is cute too.. but hes too old for me. 18 is 4 years diff. yay I did the math! I'm so brilliant.. or not..
Prairie FLyer is playin at the saturday night thang. nate says they suck. I havent heard em play so I wont judge. yet.. I sat next to Aaron last night.. dangit that kid can play! he told me he isnt going to the concert on sat. just the jam afterward. Idk if I wanna go to the concert either but.. .we'll see. on a normal wed. I would be babysitting right now but Deanna called last night and said they didn't need me... sob*. lol jk. I kinda gotta sleep in cuz normally I would've had to get up at six. but marc was screamin his head off last night.. so I didnt getta sleep. dang baby bros!! I almost wish I had gone to deannas cuz then I would've gotten to sleep in peace and quiet at their house for another two or three hours before the boys got up. my house is crazy from 5 A.M. to 11 P.M. NO SILENCE in between there. unless dad is working and mom takes all the boys to get haircuts but that only happens like once a month so...
ahh well I've had a good long ramble now. I feel ever so much better..

Steph picked me up at about ten and we went to Northtown. that was soooo fun. I bought some nice perfume-Coconut lime, it sounds weird but it smells sooo good. and Steph got lotion. then we went out to lunch which was fun.
then I went shopping for Emily since her birthday is next thurs. I hope she likes what I got her.. if not... oh well..
there was this cool music box store. that was fun to look through. then we went to the arcade for awhile. it was pretty fun.
tomorrow I havta work in nursery. I mean I don't mind but it means I havta miss the sermon.
I getta see Jesse too...which is a plus.

-emily April 03 sppprrriiinnngggg!yay its spring break. and for once mom is actually giving me a break! happiness.
yesterday was church. Jesse and I talked for a looong time while I was waiting out in the car for the guys to come out so we could leave. haha he is sooo sweet. he said he liked me waaay back in July last year. dang. I have NEVER had a crush that long. I guess I agree with Forest: he said he never likes anyone unless they like him. thats how it is with me.
so after church we went home for about.. 3 hours and then went back to church for potluck.
I was grumpy and tired by then, and since Jesse was around the whole time he was the unfortunate victim. poor guy. he took it well though.
Kendra was being such a jerk. Making mean fat jokes about Emily W. and even saying some pretty nasty stuff about me which I will not repeat. at least me her and em were the only ones in the room when she started that. she was practically calling me a slut, and that ticked me off. just cuz I am kinda pretty and more popular than her gives her no right. finally the rest of us got sick of it and when she went to the bathroom we went upstairs and hung out for the rest of the evening. Jess, Em and I got along good.
Emily W. started getting kinda depressed, maybe it was Kendras fault, maybe not. haha I suck at trying to understand people.
Then we came home to celebrate Joe's birthday. he had a blast. today he has done nothing but play with all his cool new toys. he hasnt watched any tv!
I got up so late this mornin Nate had already left for work. yay. big brothers are nuisances.well can be... and he has been lately.
This Thurs. I am gonna spend the night at Em's house. and friday aimee is picking me up at 1 so we can go hang out again haha. we soo love making idiots of ourselves..
saturday, I MIGHT be going snowboarding/skiing with Dave and Steph, Nate and Danielle, and Jesse.
